SCOTTSDALE, AZ - The Phoenix Business Journal named four residential real estate teams and one residential real estate agent from Launch Real Estate to the 2017 edition of its annual Residential Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Teams lists.
The 2017 rankings are based on overall residential sales for the 2016 sales year. The same year that Launch Real Estate was founded. Sandra Baldwin, a co-founder of Launch Real Estate and head of The Sandra Baldwin Team, said that the real estate market in 2016 was steady and quite good. Baldwin pointed out how extraordinary it was for Launch Real Estate agents and teams to rank as well as they did in their first year of real estate sales. “When you look at us having four teams in the top 34. Out of all the thousands of real estate agents that we have now, I think it's a great tribute to Launch Real Estate, and what we managed to get done since it was founded,” said Baldwin.
The residential real estate teams from Launch Real Estate that received top rankings in the Phoenix Business Journal were: The Joffe Group (Robert Joffe), LaunchPad (David Newcombe), The Sandra Baldwin Team (Sandra Baldwin) and the Gabel Phillips Group (Babbi Gabel and Angela Phillips).
Chris Karas, a co-founder of Launch Real Estate at The Karas Group, was third on the agents list with total sales of $52.64 million in 2016. He attributes his success to the team atmosphere at Launch, “collectively, we have more than 175 agents pushing each other's properties.” Karas added, “from the co-founders of this agency to its most recent hires, this agency has attracted the very best agents in the market because we offer a family friendly, team based environment.”
So far in 2017, Launch Real Estate has accomplished some of the following milestones, according the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service:
- The highest producing agents. Their real estate agents average a higher sales commission percentage than any other residential real estate brokerage in the Phoenix metro.
- Launch Real Estate agents average the highest residential property sales price of any other brokerage’s agents in the valley.
- Their homes listed sold, with an average marketing time of 56 days less than the next ranking agency.
- Breaking into the top 10 residential real estate agencies in sales in Maricopa County, when factoring sales of Launch Real Estate and LaunchPad new home sales.
