INCLINE VILLAGE, NV – Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the addition of seasoned real estate agent Kurt Colgan to their Incline Village, Nevada team of professionals, representing both California and Nevada properties.
Colgan joins Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty with over 30 years in the real estate business and more than 1,000 successful sales, which he credits almost entirely to referral business. With a “client first” business model, his focus is on helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, whether that is a second home, investment property or primary residence.
Colgan’s background takes him from Aspen to then Durango, Colorado where he started his real estate career. In 1988, career opportunities brought him to Northern California where he’s been practicing real estate ever since. During his real estate career, Kurt has been a top producer, owner of a boutique real estate firm and a manager of an office of over 100 agents. Licensed as a broker in 2000, Kurt’s experience and training elevated his customer service platform to the highest level.
