1503947666DENVER, CO - Team Denver Homes Educates Realtors and Brokerages on How to Stay Relevant in the New Era of Real Estate through Social Media and Online Strategy.

Mor Zucker, a leading Broker Associate with Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek and a member of Team Denver Homes (teamdenverhomes.com), one of the most accomplished real estate teams in Colorado, was a guest speaker at the first Indie Broker Summit during the 2017 Connect San Francisco Inman Conference held in August. Jamie Slough, also of Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek and Team Denver Homes, accompanied Zucker to the comprehensive conference where Zucker addressed maximizing Facebook Marketing in Real Estate, and they met one on one with agents and independent brokerage owners to share their tactics.

Inman is the leading news source for real estate agents, executives and real estate technology leaders providing real estate news, insights, and analysis. The Inman conference in San Francisco featured fast-paced tech tips that Realtors can implement immediately, plus long-term strategies on everything from data-powered farming and online lead generation, to plans of attack for better utilizing technology in the real estate business.

“I am extremely honored for the opportunity to be part of Inman Connect’s first Indie Broker Summit in San Francisco,” Said Zucker. “Some of brightest and most accomplished broker owners in real estate were part of this Summit, and learning from them, as well as sharing with them our own personal success, was an opportunity I do not take for granted.”

Zucker offered several tips on how agents and brokers can “own” their relationship with Facebook. She discussed strategies and tools to schedule and distribute effective posts, how to stop diverting traffic from their own site, and how to transform their content. Zucker’s presentation also included how to give Facebook followers the posts they want, the impact of people in listing videos, and how to take advantage of Facebook’s ad targeting tools. She also offered important insights on how to leverage your website and Facebook together in a comprehensive online strategy.

“We’ve seen success first hand, not only in using these techniques to grow our business, but in the results for our clients, and we are privileged to have opportunities to share what we do with our colleagues and affiliates around the country,” Slough said.

Zucker is the creator and owner of The Denver Ear (thedenverear.com), metro Denver’s most popular lifestyle blog. The blog offers users just about everything you want to know about Denver, from concerts and shows, to restaurants and holiday events. The Denver Ear has taken a natural progression toward real estate through the value it offers investors.

Slough transitioned to selling from her position as Marketing Director at Kentwood Real Estate in 2015 to implement the strategies she was showing agents to show how they actually work. Zucker and Slough’s shared passion of marketing and technology for real estate lead to the creation of Team Denver Homes.
