Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty Promotes Two in Design Department

1502734604COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY - Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading realtors, has promoted two of its designers to management posts within its award winning corporate Marketing and Technology department.  Tara Poli has been named Senior Graphic Designer and Manager, New Development Marketing and Allison Conte has been named Design Manager.  James P. Retz, SVP of Marketing and Technology made the announcement.

“We are fortunate to have had the talents of Tara and Allison during a period of significant growth,” said Mr. Retz.  “The Marketing and Technology department has developed tremendously in both the scope and sophistication of the work we produce, and Tara and Allison have been instrumental in contributing to our success.”

In her new position, Tara Poli has taken the lead role in all marketing for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s New Development clients. Her responsibilities include managing the relationship between the real estate developer and Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s Marketing Department and the design, branding and production for all print advertising, collateral materials, signage, custom campaigns and web-based marketing. She also manages all internal and external resources.

Prior to joining DGSIR in 2008, Tara worked for a boutique advertising agency in New York City developing creative concepts and overseeing the design and production of all collateral material for new condominium development clients in the city.  A lifelong resident of Huntington, Tara is a graduate of University of Connecticut and received her Master’s degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute in New York City.

As Design Manager, Allison Conte oversees the day-to-day design and production of all the sales and marketing materials for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty offices and sales associates across Long Island. She started with the Marketing department as a Graphic Designer, working on numerous award-winning campaigns.  Prior to joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, Allison gained valuable experience at Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble and The Estee Lauder Companies, where she designed retail environments, mobile apps and packaging for global luxury brands. Allison’s love for design, real estate and living on Long Island drive her success at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), regularly ranked among the top design schools in the country. A native Long Islander, Allison resides in Huntington, NY.
