1500911832BEVERLY HILLS, CA - Rodeo Realty and company President, Syd Leibovitch, would like to congratulate REALTOR® Ben Salem for having a record selling month in June!

Salem closed more than $18,000,000 last month with sales all throughout Los Angeles County including, Brentwood, Malibu, Calabasas, Glendale and Agoura Hills.

“Because business comes from all over the place, I had to study and learn many different areas/ market over the past 17 years,” said Ben Salem. “If I would have mastered only one territory it would have been hard to grow.”

The real estate agent sold eight homes in June, including completing four transactions in a week! Salem credits a lot of his success to the exclusive program he offers his clients.

“I have developed a Private Client Services Program (PCSP) because the privacy and security demands from ultra high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele are unique in many ways,” said Salem. “Unfortunately, this exclusive clientele’s unique demands.”

"I am so proud of Ben,” said Rodeo Realty’s President, Syd Leibovitch. “He is the very best! Excellent service, great follow up, amazing promoter, and so knowledgeable! Combine that with such a positive, can-do attitude and you have the entire package!! Ben is absolutely incredible!"
