NEW ORLEANS, LA – Gardner Realtors recently received a 2017 Top Workplaces award by The Times-Picayune, joining a list of 40 local businesses honored. This is Gardner Realtors’ third consecutive year as a recipient of the Top Workplace award.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on the results of a months-long evaluation process and employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. All types of businesses were welcome to take part in "Top Workplaces" provided they have at least 35 employees and have a presence in the seven-parish New Orleans area. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection, to name a few.
