Raised in the real estate business, Zachary Bonkowski brings a life-long foundation of 
knowledge to his clients throughout Northern Nevada. With this understanding, Bonkowski knew the benefits of investing in property at an early stage in life and purchased his first home at the age of 26. Today, he looks forward to sharing the excitement and rewards that come with selling or buying a home in one of the West’s fastest growing regions.

Prior to securing his license his real estate, Bonkowski worked with Koinonia Foster Homes and Alliance Family Services.
With her professional and personalized boutique style of service, Patty Pankopf makes the real estate process innovative and fun. Her ability to do so comes from years of owning and operating a law practice; during those years, she refined her ability to deal with all walks of life in an open and forthright manner. In addition, she managed the entire business and handled the finances, marketing, client caseload issues, and property negotiations.
Within her career, she also sold title insurance to Realtors® as a title sales representative. All combined, Pankoph brings a comprehensive perception of what it takes to succeed and has the creative thinking skills to get things done.
