1496678243LAKE NORMAN, NC - Lake Norman Realty recently graduated four new associates from their in-house advanced training program: Walt and Emilie Davis from their Cornelius office, Lorraine Miller and Daniel Spencer from their Mooresville-150 office, and Carolyn Hopper from their Denver office.  These associates have completed an intense post-licensing training, teaching the most up-to-date strategies in technology, marketing, and negotiating to help clients with their real estate needs.  In addition, each of these associates bring their own unique skills and experiences to their clients as well.

Walt and Emilie Davis are a husband and wife team.  With over 20 years’ experience in land 1496678125acquisition and development, and a primary focus on residential golf communities, Walt has built a reputation for friendly customer care and a proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their property and assist sellers through a smooth, stress-free sale of their home or land.  His devotion and unparalleled customer service has resulted in an ever-expanding network of loyal clients and referrals.  Emilie understands what it is like to stand in her client’s shoes and has a deep drive to help people find homes and properties that exceed their expectations. 1496678164Lorraine has held her NC Broker license since 1987.  A native of Washington, she moved to beautiful North Carolina to attend Winston-Salem State University.  Upon graduating from WSSU with an Accounting Degree, she began a long-standing career with the IRS.  Lorraine has successfully transferred the knowledge and experience from her tax background to benefit her clients.  She loves helping her clients profit in their real estate transactions, and as she says best, “Investing in real estate is one of the greatest avenues of creating wealth and continues to be one of the best tax advantages taxpayers currently enjoy today!”  After retiring from the IRS, she and her husband Bill moved to the Lake Norman area in Mooresville.  Both she and her husband are avid racing fans, so Mooresville (race country) seemed to be a good fit, not to mention beautiful Lake Norman!
