Mark Ackermann Named President of Weichert, Realtors' Capital Region

VIENNA, VA – Weichert, Realtors is pleased to announce that Mark Ackermann has been named president of its newly formed Capital Region. In this new role, Ackermann will now be responsible for the management and growth of all 24 of Weichert’s sales offices in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Ackermann brings more than 21 years of real estate experience to his new role, and has successfully led the company’s Virginia sales offices as regional vice president since 2016. Previously, Ackermann served as manager of the Alexandria/Old Town sales office. Throughout his career, Ackermann has proudly been recognized as one of the top real estate agents in the country by multiple organizations.

A resident of Loudoun County in Virginia for over 20 years with his wife and three children, Ackermann graduated from Rutgers University, earning a business management degree.
