SUMMIT, NJ - Kara Thoms has been a Broker-Sales Associate at Lois Schneider Realtor since 2007. With a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from NYU, Kara has multiple certifications including Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Residential Specialist and is also certified in Residential Construction. As a lifelong resident of New Providence and active volunteer with local organizations, Kara brings together financial expertise, technical and design skills and strong knowledge of the local market.
Christine Murphy is LSR’s newest sales associate, having started at LSR in 2013 as a licensed sales assistant to a top-producing team. She and her husband have been residents of Summit since 2001 with their three sons, all of whom attend or have graduated from Summit Public Schools. Christine’s local real estate knowledge, management experience, and extensive community involvement are invaluable assets.
