Additionally, Carol brings to Town and Country Real Estate over 30 years of architectural design and project management experience. She earned her Bachelors of Architecture degree from Kent State University. Having her own design consulting business, Gramercy, NF LLC since 2000. Carol has been afforded the opportunity to manage the full cycle of architectural and design projects including development, construction administration and project close-out. The scope of her projects have ranged from retail and commercial to residential design and large scale landmark restoration. Many of her projects have gained recognition by publications such as Architectural Digest, W Magazine and Hamptons Cottage and Garden.

Carol's areas of expertise, along with her integrity and discretion enable her to guide clients through the process of determining their specific residential needs, property selection, envisioning design possibilities of a home and preparation for sale.
