LONDON, ENGLAND - BARNES, the luxury real estate group with a global network of offices and 600 consultants, has acquired a majority stake in the high end property consultancy Hanover Private Office, from founder Alex Newall and co-director Nick Wiszowaty.
Barnes President, Thibault de Saint Vincent announced the exclusive partnership with Hanover Private Office and explained: “We believe there is great synergy between the businesses, and this acquisition will give our clients greater access to the UHNWI community when selling their properties through Barnes. Together, we will be able to offer unrivalled private office services to our extensive global network of clients.”
The new partnership will also build out a network of offices across London and the UK to provide real estate services for the luxury market.
Founded in 1996 by Heidi Barnes with offices in London, Paris and Miami; over 60 agencies were subsequently opened across Europe, the USA, the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean offering comprehensive, expert advice on sales, rentals and management.
The merger will see Hanover Private Office, acknowledged as one of London’s top boutique agencies, rebranded as BARNES Private Office and will expand the reach of the business to provide international agency services across its global network.
Alex Newall, Managing Director, BARNES Private Office commented:“I am delighted to partner with Barnes. It will enable our clients access to the best real estate in the world, with regional expertise across all the key locations where our clients want to invest or rent. Servicing the needs of our UHNWI clients is key to our business success, and our reach has just got a whole lot bigger. In turn, we have opened our portfolio of exceptional properties to the Barnes network, so we have access to many more international buyers looking to take advantage of today’s huge buying opportunity in Prime Central London and across the Home counties. Barnes Private Office is a truly global offering to UHNWIs and their families.”
