1490643934RED BANK, NJ - Resources Real Estate, Monmouth County’s esteemed luxury real estate firm, is continuing its demonstration of love for the county by launching the #weloveREDBANK campaign.  The online and social campaign will feature a Facebook community page named weloveRedBank, a website dedicated to the town (www.WeLoveRedBank.com), and the hashtag #weloveREDBANK, to be used for tagging photos and videos on social media channels.

Additionally, to express their adoration for Red Bank, the Resources Real Estate team is joining the Red Bank Wedding Walk, which will take place on March 26th.  The Red Bank Wedding Walk is a free, one-day event that promotes Red Bank as a prime destination for weddings.  The event introduces brides, grooms, partners, wedding attendants and their families to Red Bank as a one-stop shopping place for weddings, and will feature numerous local businesses that provide various wedding services.  Several grand prize packages will be raffled at the conclusion of the Wedding Walk.

“Red Bank has been a growing market for us, particularly for commercial real estate,” said Thomas McCormack, Managing Partner and Broker at Resources Real Estate.  “Our office in Red Bank has been gaining commercial and residential property listings, as the area is flourishing, and we feel grateful and wish to pay it forward.”

Red Bank was named 3rd best small town in the United States by Smithsonian Magazine and repeatedly voted as the hippest town in New Jersey.  Its vibrant downtown area has been featuring year-round events, and though Red Bank’s commercial real estate is continuously growing, it maintains a small-town residential feel.   Superb waterfront condo developments like The Bluffs, Corinthian Cove and the waterfront co-op building Riverside Towers have popped up in recent years.  Townhouses and condos prices start in the $150,000s, and large waterfront homes go for over $1M, like the one bought by Jon Stewart on the Navesink River.

“We look forward to spreading the word of this wonderful town,” said Carolynn Ozar-Diakon, Senior Partner and Broker.  “Knowing the area so well not only allows us to better serve our clients, but makes us want to toot the town’s horn and share the love.”
