Prior to her alignment with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, Paula Stanton has served as a Breckenridge real estate veteran for over 40-years, and is known as a true expert in her field. The local Breckenridge Associate has achieved the highest awards from Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, earning recognition for Multi-Million Dollar Sales production annually, continually proving herself as a leader in the industry.
A career real estate veteran, Stanton worked for a real estate attorney in Virginia, where she attended High School, and then worked for Real Estate developer, Del Webb, throughout college. In 1972, she joined Timberhill Associates, Ltd in Breckenridge, which culminated in her Ownership and Management of the Brokerage until merging with Coldwell Banker Rounds & Porter in 2011. Stanton has been very active in the Summit Association of Realtors, serving in a variety of leadership roles, including serving as President and Vice President, and twice designated “Realtor of the Year” in 1994 and 2004. Stanton was appointed to the Colorado Real Estate Commission by then Governor, Roy Romer, and served two terms as Member/Chairperson in 1993 and 1999.
A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and specialist in Resort and Recreation (RRS) properties, Stanton is recognized as a skilled negotiator that gets deals done.
