Per data from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, 79 Second Street is the highest sale in The Point neighborhood of Newport in over two years. The sellers of this historic home were represented by Judy Chace, Broker/Owner and Eric Kirton, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers in this transaction were represented by Jay Serzan of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.

The Bigelow Carriage house at 79 Second Street is an early commission of Charles McKim. Some of McKim’s works include: the original Penn Station, the West Wing of the White House and Newport’s Tennis Hall of Fame. The sellers in this transaction were represented by Larry Burns of Lila Delman Real Estate.
