DENVER, CO - The definitive ranking of residential real estate’s top 200 leaders was recently released and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty President, Scott Webber, is once again ranked among the industry’s most elite. Produced and published annually by the Swanepoel T3 Group (SP200), the acclaimed research service comes together annually, to determine the top 200 driving forces behind residential real estate, identifying the most powerful individuals influencing the residential real estate brokerage industry. 
Webber, a third generation, 41-year real estate sales and brokerage management veteran, is heavily involved with the day-to-day leadership and operations at LIV SIR, which operates 13 offices in Colorado and includes the area’s top producing brokers. Webber rose in rank to 83 out of 200 this year.

Most recently, LIV SIR achieved a record-breaking sale in the Vail Valley- a $23M estate in Vail Valley, CO, achieving the highest sale price in the region historically.
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker, Jeff Hendley, represented the sale of 333 Milwaukee Street, an ultra-modern new-build, in Cherry Creek, Denver, that not only sold for asking price- $7M, but was also the highest residential sale in Cherry Creek historically.
In December, 2016, Ian Wolfe and Chris Bouc, of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s, The Wolfe Group, represented the sale of 100 S. Marion Parkway, the home previously owned by the founder of Chipotle. The residence sold for $3.4M, with the buyer brought to the table by fellow LIV Sotheby’s International Realty broker, Heather Brecl.
Most recently, Tye Stockton, of The Stockton Group, represented the sale of 107 Rockledge Road, which has set a record high for the sale of a single-family home in Vail Valley at $23M.
In the SP200 poll, several Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates were ranked in the top 200 most powerful people category, affirming the brands reputation for excellence.
