Records show Noreen and Greg Wells sold the teardown at 2812 North Atlantic Boulevard to DS Paraiso LLC, a Miami-based company controlled by attorney Kevin F. Kline.

The Wellses gave the lead gift for the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky in 2011, according to the facility’s website. Noreen is also the owner of Mountain Properties, a company also based in Hazard. Greg Wells shares his name with a healthcare industry executive in Owensboro, Kentucky, but it’s unclear if they are the same person.

The couple put their Fort Lauderdale home on the market in October for nearly $7.5 million and marketed it as a land opportunity, according to Realtor.com. Julie Jones-Bernard of Florida Luxurious Properties was the listing agent for the 18,272-square-foot lot, which sold for $394 a foot.
