A leading real estate professional in Montana since 1996, Katie’s specialties include all aspects of commercial real estate and the diverse area of Montana Ranches and Land. She has worked with her clients to develop business parks, condominium projects, and subdivisions from start to completion. She also has a marketing background, and experience in target marketing through database management, telemarketing, signage and corporate presentations.
Brittney Osborne
As a sixth-generation Osborne working in the housing industry, Brittney also has real estate in her blood. She is confident in her marketing skills to execute a creative marketing plan for every unique property, and trusts her eye for detail with advertising and the presentation of properties from listing to closing. A University of Montana graduate, Brittney also loves to horseback ride, fish, hike, boat, and being outdoors.
Jason Leishman
With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Jason offers the expertise to help you close your sale. The Idaho-born agent worked for years as a carpenter and believes this experience will be of great help to clients, whom he always treats with the utmost honesty and integrity. He aims to build solid relationships, and finds great satisfaction in helping his clients find their piece of Montana.
Blake Osborne
Part of a six-generation family tradition of working in the housing industry, Blake is excited to enter real estate with a degree in marketing from the University of Montana. While a student in Missoula, he took every opportunity to apply the skills he was learning to his future in real estate, a career he has always worked toward. Now a graduate, he is ready to carry on the family legacy of helping people turn houses into homes in this beautiful state. An avid outdoorsman, he spent his Montana childhood fishing, hunting, and skiing.
