According to data from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in the municipality year to date. The waterfront property was listed with Judy Chace, Broker/Owner, and M ichelle Datoli, Broker Associate, of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty; the firm also facilitated the sale for the buyer.

According to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service this is the highest sale in Little Compton since 2012.
