Liz Biswurm: is a graduate from the University of Memphis with a B.A. in Psychology. Liz moved to Naples in 2009 and fell in love with the white sand and sunny skies. Liz loves helping others buy their own piece of paradise. Real Estate is her passion and she has extensive knowledge working with buyers, sellers, and investors in the Naples and Bonita Springs area. Liz is a specialist in the North Naples communities. Liz also has experience working distressed properties (foreclosures and short sales) with buyers and sellers, as well as representing the asset managers.
Joe Mulino: was born in the Bronx, New York and relocated to Florida from Kinnelon, New Jersey in 2007. Joe served in U.S. Navy as an Air Traffic Controller from 1966-1970. Joe attended Pace University in Pleasantville, New York and retired from the Bank of New York as a Senior Vice President before moving to Florida. Joe has held his real estate license since 2000 and has been active both in New Jersey and Florida. In 2013, he obtained his Florida Broker License and began working full time as a Real Estate Agent. Formally with Coldwell Banker, the Team of Ricca/Mulino recently joined Royal Shell Real Estate.
Milda Pytlik: was born and raised in Lithuania. Prior to coming to the 
sunshine state, Milda graduated from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and studied Real Estate at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany. After graduation, she was involved in Property Management and Sales & Marketing for one of the premier hotels in Lithuania. Since coming to Florida in 2010, she has studied for and earned her Florida Real Estate License. For the past year she has been mentored and coached by Sue Ellen Mathers, a top producer with Royal Shell Real Estate. Milda is extremely passionate about the real estate business and brings a great work ethic combined with honesty and integrity to the table. She is also multi-lingual- in addition to English, she speaks Lithuania, German and Russian.
Debbie Rex: Originally from Southwest Florida, Debbie recently returned as a full time resident after living in New York City where her two "millennial advising" sons and "grand dogs" live. As a real estate professional she brings her clientele a high standard service, her entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity to make transactions happen. Debbie obtained her first real estate license after graduating from the University of Florida launching her career in commercial real estate. Growing up in the area she knows firsthand why so many people want to live the lifestyle this coastal paradise offers, always enjoying being part of making this happen.
Rob Ricca: Rob has been an active real estate agent here in the Cape 
Coral/Fort Myers area for over 8 years. He was previously associated with Coldwell Banker as an award winning Previews agent before joining Royal Shell Real Estate. He also held a New Jersey Real Estate license for 10 years and successfully designed and sold custom single family homes. Rob’s experience and passion for sales, home building, and design led him into a full time career in real estate here in South-West Florida. Rob’s knowledge of the area and its waterways has been a great tool and asset in assisting both buyers and sellers. Focusing on their concerns and desires for selling or buying, Rob works hard to provide his customers with a sound level of comfort. His success in real estate is greatly attributed to the many referrals received from past and present customers, their friends, and family. Rob prides himself in giving his customers the best service possible, and assisting them in all facets of the buying and selling processes.
Shane Spring: is a proven professional who is a multi-million dollar producer. He assists his clients with honesty, loyalty and integrity. Shane has taken the time over the past years to update his entire system to provide the most advanced Real Estate services available. In his 18 years of experience with the Sanibel/Captiva and Fort Myers markets, Shane is aware of each and every property that appears on the market on a daily basis and is current with market evaluations on all properties. Brittany Turner: Brittany joined the real estate business in September of 2014. She 
previously served 2 years as the Sales Manager for a custom home builder leading a fruitful sales team while achieving just under $10,000,000 in sales. When the opportunity with Royal Shell came available, Brittany graciously accepted the opportunity. With previous experience in custom home builds, land sales/purchases, 55+ Communities, Independent and Assisted Living, she brings a knowledgeable, intuitive approach to clients looking to sell or purchase in the SWFL market no matter what their home needs are. Her strengths in sales, management and marketing add positively to the Royal Shell Real Estate team, and her nature is to help others with her reliable, easy to work with manner. With nearly 7 years of outside sales experience Brittany is adept at developing territories, fostering key relationships with valuable clients and consistently thinking “outside the box” to achieve new listing clients. She is able to assist her clients in the processes of moving cross country or within town with a customer friendly attitude.
Tara Walton: Tara Walton is excited to join The Cardet Team at Royal Shell Real Estate. After living in Ohio for twenty-five years, Tara is enjoying being a full-time Southwest Florida resident. Tara has twelve years of experience in Home Interior Design and Staging, having worked with Real Estate Agents, Builders and Re-Modelers. Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction led to many speaking engagements as well as radio, television and newspaper appearances. Stacey Zuleta: Born and raised in Western Kansas, Stacey learned the value of hard work,
integrity and trust on her family’s cattle ranches, feedlots and farmland. In 2005, she relocated to Fort Myers after graduating with high honors from the School of Business at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas where she dual-majored in Economics and Management She began her career in 2006 as a Researcher for the Real Estate Department at the Chico’s World Headquarters in Fort Myers, providing statistics and predictive analytics on store placement and relocations for Executive Management. Stacey created an indoor baseball training facility where children and adults could meet and train with pro ball players. She managed the operations for over three years before successfully selling the business and transitioning back into real estate in 2013.
