Patti Helm is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and fashion from the University of Arizona and spent more than 20 years in the apparel industry with Jones Apparel Group as Regional Director for the Western U.S. Helm has lived in Cherry Hills for the last 16 years, raising 4 children, and has been actively involved in the Cherry Creek School District, National Charity League and Young President’s Organization. Real estate is in Patti’s blood as she follows a long lineage of family members who are managing brokers/owners of Century 21 franchises. Helm actively supports Children’s Hospital, Judi’s house and Excelsior Youth Center.
Libby Weaver brings a familiar name and face to Kentwood Real Estate and to Denver area residents who have lived in the region for the past decade. Libby, who has won multiple Emmy Awards for reporting, is the former News Anchor for Fox 31 News, which she joined in 2000 as co-anchor with Ron Zappolo. Libby made the decision in 2013 to leave the nightly anchor desk so she could spend more time with her three children. Libby is excited about her new career in real estate and is driven to succeed. She earned her bachelor’s degree in speech communications from the University of San Diego and supports several charities, including sitting on the board of directors for CASA/Advocates for Children.
Pamela Helm brings a rare combination of both commercial and residential marketing together with her design & staging experience, thus creating a unique one-of-kind package for her clients. Pam has a keen understanding what it takes to sell a home. Her unique talent for staging has contributed to over $100 million dollars of sold real estate for many of the top brokers in Colorado, but now this niche will be a paramount part of her own team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and design from Iowa State University. Pamela also has professional experience including 20 years in commercial real estate with Frederick Ross International and Lincoln Property Company. Helm is an active supporter of Volunteers of America, the Kempe Foundation, and Excelsior Youth Center.
