CHARLESTON, SC - Realtor Lisa Patterson has joined the Charleston-based real estate brokerage Handsome Properties. Patterson joined the firm in July 2016 and will be specializing in downtown Charleston real estate sales.
Patterson has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience spending many years in sales with the federal government and Department of Defense. Her real estate career began over 30 years ago on the investment side.

Patterson’s passion for real estate stems from her love of historic homes, architecture and antiques. As a child of a real estate investor, Patterson was exposed to the buying and selling process at an early age. After college, she purchased and restored her first of many historic homes.
Charleston’s South of Broad neighborhood is the perfect spot for Patterson and her husband to call home given their interest in historic architecture. They have restored many Downtown Charleston homes together. When she is not working with clients, Patterson can be found walking around the city with her standard poodle, gardening or looking for another antique or real estate project to dive into.
