TRUCKEE, CA – REAL Trends, in partnership with Zillow and Trulia, has ranked Truckee-based Alison Elder of Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate, affiliated with Chase International, as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents for the second year in a row.
Elder is listed as 18th among California Realtors in the “individual by sides” category. “Sides” is a real estate industry term referring to either buyer or seller transaction sides. Elder closed 116 transactions in 2015. She also ranked in the number 151st spot of all California Realtors in the “individuals by volume” category, as she closed over $57 million in volume sales last year.

Elder devotes much of her spare time to community philanthropic endeavors where she lives and works. Elder chairs Girls Giving Back—the junior arm of Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation’s Queen of Hearts which teaches young women the art of philanthropy. She is also a member of the Queen of Hearts Leadership Committee. And she chairs the Sugar Bowl Academy Parents Association as both of her children are student athletes there. Additionally, Elder has served as a long term committee member of Best of Tahoe Chef’s event to support Tahoe Forest Health System’s Cancer Center psycho-social programs along with other endeavors that are important to her.
