The Arizona Republic and Arizona Business Magazine recently named Beardsley as the top woman in real estate by transaction volume. In 2015, she closed more than $71.5 million in sales for Silverleaf Realty and in the first half of this year has more than $42 million sold or pending. 
When DMB’s team first developed Silverleaf, Beardsley led the initial sales and marketing planning for DC Ranch’s enclave in the foothills. In those early days, she helped to shape the vision of this community. Ten years later, her clients continue to use her as a resource, whether buying or selling or referring their friends and relatives.
