Elite Pacific Properties Sets Sights on Expansion

1467741524HONOLULU, HI - Elite Pacific Properties, one of the fastest-growing companies in Hawaii, has its eye on expanding to Windward Oahu, one of the co-founders Of the Honolulu-based luxury residential real estate firm confirmed to Pacific Business News.

The firm, which was named as the eighth-fastest-growing small business in Hawaii by PBN in 2015, has seven offices across the State, including at Kahala Mall in East Oahu, Lahaina and Wailea on Maui, Princeville at Hanalei on Kauai, and in Waikoloa, Kona and Hilo on the Big Island.

Elite Pacific also has commercial property management and residential divisions, both of which are located in Downtown Honolulu. The company, which has a total Of 155 licensed agents and 40 management support people, also has a presence in the Philippines, North Carolina, California and Nevada.

Paul Mayer, who co-founded Elite Pacific Properties in 2005 with Stephen Cipres, told PBN that it is looking to Open an Office in Kailua.

We continue to grow organically, in that agents join us, he said. "Our business model is simple—we create the best possible environment for agents to succeed." Mayer decline to disclose the exact location of its planned Kailua Office because it is still negotiating a lease, although he noted that the Office would be occupied by agents who live in the area and its property management divisions that would move from the downtown area.

In 2015, Elite Pacific Properties reported sales of S541 million, up 88 percent over 2014 sales, according to Mayer. Through April 30. Revenues are up 111 percent over last year.
