1466528571DENVER, CO - Resort communities throughout Colorado and around the world are prone to unique, residential real estate markets. Invited to speak to those markets at the recent 2016 Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event that took place in Las Vegas, was LIV Sotheby's International Realty broker, Tye Stockton, who has lived in the resort area of Vail for over 25 years.

“The Global Networking Conference was a great opportunity to connect with other Sotheby's International Realty associates from around the world and with those that share similar lifestyle markets,” said Stockton. “Utilizing the Sotheby's International Realty brand and working with our affiliates in similar markets we have figured out how to leverage what we do in conjunction with the brand. Our goal is to have a regional networking event that rotates in a lot of these mountain towns and spend time in the various markets.”

Having gained vast experience in the opportunities and challenges of mountain resort real estate, Stockton served as the Sphere Captain of the well-attended, Ski Mountain Town Sphere, panel which discussed market conditions among leading area resorts and included discussions pertaining to feeder markets and recommendations to bolster relationships among them.

Held at the Wynn Las Vegas, the Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event is a dynamic three-day immersion into the brand, offering network members the unique opportunity to collaborate, share ideas and best practices, generate referrals and create lasting business connections around the world.  The 2016 conference was the most attended ever in Sotheby’s International Realty’s history, with nearly 100 LIV SIR brokers and leadership in attendance.
