RUMSON, NJ - Resource Real Estate Sales Associate Tammy Brindise, of the firm’s Rumson office, has been named Agent of the Month for May 2016. Brindise brought in a staggering total of over $11 million in potential business for Resources Real Estate: one new listing, eight contract sides and the closing of both sides of a $2.75 million sale in May. Brindise attributed her success to pre-marketing, “Potential clients often contact me before they are ready to list their home or buy a new property. I keep a list and try to match buyers and sellers in advance because competition can be fierce.
