SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Zephyr Real Estate has named Kevin Koerner the new Sales Manager at the West Portal Office, effective June 1, 2016. Koerner is a consistent Top Producer with Zephyr and has been a business partner with Kevin Merlander for the past four years. Their team is known as The Kevins.
The Sales Manager position was recently vacated by Tara Donohue. Donohue successfully managed the office for the past five years, but has opted to return to active real estate sales with Zephyr. As an agent, Tara was a consistent top-producing agent and has a dedicated and loyal client base that will undoubtedly be happy to hear of her return to sales.
Koerner was a natural choice for the position with his breadth of experience. He’s been in the real estate business for 15 years and is active in several real estate associations, including San Francisco, San Mateo and Silicon Valley. Koerner earned his degree in Interior Architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and, after practicing design in Phoenix, AZ, spent several years in various management roles in the travel industry around the world.
He is now looking forward to taking on this next step in his career path.

Koerner’s main pastimes still include travel as well as culinary exploration, and he is an active officer and singing member in the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus. As a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon National Fraternity, he is actively involved with the SigEp mentoring and networking programs.
