STRATFORD, CT - William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Nicole Borsey will now serve as the brokerage manager for the firm’s Stratford brokerage. Borsey brings to her new role 14 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, ranging from sales and management to owning and operating her own real estate firm.
Borsey has gained expertise in all aspects of the real estate business including areas such as property management, development, real estate-owned asset management and short sales, working with home buyers, home builders and investors.
Her first experience with real estate at the early age of 18 involved the purchase of her first investment property, and in the years since she has also played the part of construction manager in building two single-family homes. Over the course of her career she has achieved top producer status as a sales agent, earned the distinction of being named Fairfield County Weekly’s Best Real Estate Agent for two years in a row, and founded and operated her own Stamford-based residential real estate firm, The Property Network. Most recently, Borsey managed Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Stamford office.

Jerry Ward, who has managed the office since 2008 and played an instrumental part in maintaining a #1 market share position in Stratford since that time, has decided to retire.

Nicole Borsey is a duly licensed broker in Connecticut and New York, and a member of the National and Connecticut Associations of Realtors as well as the Stamford Board of Realtors. She holds a communications and visual arts degree from Fordham University along with a digital media production certificate from New York University. In her spare time, she volunteers with the entrepreneur group Spark Fireside, formerly known as Startup Grind Greenwich. Borsey is a native of Stamford, Connecticut, where she lives and raises her 10-year-old daughter.
