“Our Global Networking Event celebrates the strength of the Sotheby’s International Realty network,” said White.  “It is incredible to see how members of our network continue to utilize the resources we provide, take the reins and develop their own new opportunities and continue to grow their business.  We are proud of our network, our heritage and our future, and the success of this year’s Global Networking Event is the culmination of it all.”

There were over 35 different breakout sessions offered, ranging in topics from sales and negotiation tactics, to the changing landscape and demographics of home ownership, to the power of branding and marketing, and more. Esteemed members of the Sotheby’s International Realty network volunteered to play an integral part in the sessions, sharing advice, best practices and personal experiences with their peers while serving as breakout hosts, guest speakers and expert panelists.

From LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Vail office, top producer Tye Stockton of The Stockton Group, captained the “Ski Town” sphere, designed to connect affiliates that specialize in ski town communities and facilitate closer working relationships among them. Stockton moderated a panel about how to best meet the needs of buyers and sellers in the resort real estate market.

"The Global Networking Conference was a great opportunity to connect with other Sotheby's International Realty associates from around the world and with those that share similar lifestyle markets,” said Stockton. “By utilizing the Sotheby's International Realty brand and working with our affiliates in similar markets, we have learned to leverage what we do in conjunction with the brand. Our goal is to stay in touch and collaborate beyond the GNE.”

Leadership from LIV SIR was also asked to participate in panels and discussions.  LIV SIR delivers unmatched services to its clients and is considered a leader within the brand.  “Not only do we have the best, most qualified, brokers at LIV SIR, we also have the resources to provide the highest level of service to our clients.  It was an honor to share our most successful marketing initiatives with others in the brand, and to learn from and collaborate with one another,” said LIV SIR vice president of marketing, Kristen Muller.
