1460402406NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA - Ken Jacobs sold one of Palm Beach's most iconic estates in April. The property was listed for $3.95 million.

‘Tigh na Mara,’ one of only 20 rare properties fronting Ocean Road is located less than 50 metres to the sand and surf of one of Australia’s most renowned beaches.

Held and enjoyed by a prominent Palm Beach family for over 50 years, the home has recently undergone a top to bottom renovation, resulting in a classic beach house design with a stylish, contemporary seaside aesthetic.
