In her new role, McIntyre will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office location at 826 Boylston Street.
McIntyre brings over sixteen years’ worth of residential real estate experience to her new role at Hammond. Having relocated her family over eighteen times, McIntyre’s passion for real estate was ignited after gaining a full understanding of the needs of both buyers and sellers.
Alongside her husband, McIntyre established Nostalgic Developers, where she developed and managed the construction of over thirty-five brand new residences. She also worked as the managing broker for Mackinac Realtors, a competitively-recognized real estate company where she was a consistent top producer and industry award winner.
McIntyre draws upon her extensive finance, management, and communication skills to ensure that she meets the needs of her clients. She believes that being a REALTOR® encompasses more than just selling houses and that it’s also about relationship development to help people achieve their goals.

A Brookline native, McIntyre moved to the North Shore of Chicago, where she raised her four children. She is a University of Massachusetts Amherst graduate who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Business. When she is not working, Katie enjoys spending time with friends and family while enjoying all that Greater Boston and the surrounding communities have to offer.
