1462292208On Friday, April 29th 2016, 4110 Paces Ferry Road closed for a record setting $17,500,000, the most expensive residential home sale in Atlanta’s history. The home is nestled on 17 private acres bordering the Chattahoochee River.

The transaction was brokered by Josh Reeves & Chase Mizell with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty.
