NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA - Darren Curtis, agent with Ken Jacobs, sold one of Pymble’s finest family estates. The property sold in March for over $4 million AUD.
‘Tynecool’ is surrounded by enchanting established gardens on a private 2,641sqm parcel of land. Designed by acclaimed architect Dudley Ward in 1939, the Mediterranean-inspired residence was originally owned by the Arnott family who commissioned architect John Suttor to extend the home. With only ever a handful of families in ownership, this gracious estate has been lovingly restored and extended by the current owners who have held the property for the past 23 years.
