SPRING LAKE, NJ – Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate today announces The Brian Church Group surpassed $400 million in real estate transactions with the recent sale of a $1.6 million Spring Lake property. Simultaneously, the group celebrated more than $100 million in sales within the Borough of Spring Lake.
“Although we are known as ‘The Brian Church Group, this has always been a team accomplishment. I am proud to work with a dedicated and experienced group of professionals,” noted Church.
The Brian Church Group is composed of its namesake, along with Sharon Langill, Marilyn Jacobson, Carol Blume, Nick Condon, Leonora “Peachie” Grisanti, John Marzullo and Brian Kimmins. For almost 10 years, Paula Eagan has been their Administrative and Marketing Coordinator.
With $400 million in transactions behind them, Church said the group is looking forward to reaching the half billion mark in short order. According to Church, a combination of low mortgage rates, limited inventory and sensible home pricing may make 2016 the best year for the local market in nearly a decade.
“The group has had its strongest first quarter ever,” said Church. “Properties that are priced right and marketed correctly are selling quickly.”

In his previous career, Church was president of an East Coast company, and vice president of a large international concern.
