1459797069COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY - Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading realtors, cut the ribbon on its second sales office in Queens Thursday, March 31.  Located at 251-07 Northern Blvd in Little Neck, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s newest office will serve eastern Queens and western Nassau counties.  Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia J. Petersen made the announcement.

“We’re thrilled to open our second Queens office in 18 months,” said Ms. Petersen.  “This newest office locates our Queens-based agents who joined us last fall from Bryce Rea Associates back in their home communities and welcomes other sales professionals who look to join Daniel Gale Sotheby’s because of our reputation, branding, global reach and technology.”

“This newest Daniel Gale Sotheby’s office connects the dots between our Manhasset and Flushing offices, providing local expertise and community connections that benefit our clients and customers,” said Queens sales manager Donna Rubertone.  “Queens is booming—it’s vibrant, exciting and widely appealing to many people of all ages who want to live in close proximity to Manhattan.”

Pattie Rifino, who joined Daniel Gale Sotheby’s from Bryce Rea associates last year, will take on assistant manager duties in the new office, as well as continuing as assistant manager in the Bayside/Flushing office alongside Donna Rubertone.

As befits this diverse and growing borough, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s agents represent many cultures and collectively speak languages that include Arabic, Greek, Italian, Mandarin, Croatian, Taiwanese,  Korean, Farsi, Hindi, Indian, Punjabi, Spanish, German, Russian, Georgian and Fujianese. With the opening of the Little Neck office, Daniel Gale Sotheby’s will have 27 offices from Flushing east to Long Island’s North Fork.

Since Daniel Gale Sotheby’s officially opened the Flushing office, its first in Queens, just 18 months ago, its growth has been significant.  The number of experienced agents has grown from 30 to nearly 50, and revenue growth has followed suit.
