WELLESLEY, MA - Gail Bogle, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Wellesley office, recently announced that Jennifer Lozada has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Lozada will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Wellesley office located at 40 Grove Street.
Lozada is a licensed sales associate who is knowledgeable about the Greater Boston and MetroWest real estate markets. She brings to her clients an abundance of real estate experience through her work as both a trusted real estate advisor and as a real estate marketing coordinator throughout the area.
In addition to her real estate practice, Lozada runs an interior decorating business, Fresh Start Interiors, where she guides homeowners through successful renovation and design projects. As a Hammond agent, her expertise in transforming residential spaces and marketing properties uniquely positions her to assist buyers and sellers alike.
Lozada earned a B. A. in Communication from Cornell University, and she also has a Decorative Arts Certificate from the Boston Architectural College. She is a longtime Massachusetts resident who currently resides in Concord Center with her two daughters. When she’s not working, Lozada can be found spending time with family and friends while enjoying all that the area has to offer.
