Rebecca Hoffman of Hill & Company Real Estate Sells Remodeled Pac Heights Mansion Goes For Nearly $11 Million

1459191667SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Rebecca Hoffman of Hill & Company Real Estate has closed the sale on a fantastic remodeled Pac Heights Mansion for nearly $11 million. Curbed San Francisco reported the sale last week:

The mansion at 2312 Washington Street took two years to remodel, but less than three weeks to sell. The $10.95 million asking price was apparently little obstacle to interest in the six-bedroom, five-bath, 5,600-square-foot house, which dates to 1917.

No word on who the buyer is, but Rebecca Hoffman of Hill & Company Real Estate confirms that it went for the asking price. It previously sold for $4.8 million in 2014, but that was prior to the recent remodel by architect Ravi Anand.

The remodeled house has three decks, an outdoor fireplace, a glass-lined stairwell, an elevator to all three floors, a backyard guesthouse (the roof painted green so as not to interrupt the top-floor views), and (apparently) an additional $6 million in value. On the home's website you can do a Google Street View-style interactive tour of the result.

The average Pacific Heights house sells for $1,164 per square foot, but at $1,946 per square foot, this fetched far more than that.
