LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Garners Multiple Honors at Cartus Broker Network Conference Awards

1458585242DENVER, CO - Denver-based LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, a member of the Cartus Broker Network for Cartus Corporation, received numerous awards at the Cartus Network annual conference last week in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The firm was named one of five finalists for the prestigious Masters Cup, and was presented the Platinum Award and the Five Star Award. The firm was also recognized for Best Relocation Department for Affinity Services for the Western Region.  Additionally, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s relocation specialist, Michelle Scarpalauda, was recognized as the top Referral Coordinator in the Western Region for USAA Affinity Services.

The five Cartus Broker Network Masters Cup finalists were selected from 750 United States member companies based on their 2015 performance in the areas of home marketing, sales conversion, customer service, and overall referral management.

The Five Star Award recognizes network members who rank in the top quartile of the Cartus Broker Network for Outgoing Referral closings, and the Platinum Award, acknowledges the highest achievement level for overall performance in the Cartus Broker Network, principal broker members.
