Zephyr Real Estate’s CEO Shares State of the Company Address

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - In his annual State of the Company Address, Randall Kostick, President and CEO of Zephyr Real Estate, shared the year’s success as a brokerage as well as the successes of its 300+ agents.
The gross sales volume for 2015 was $2.276 billion, representing an approximate 14.5 percent increase over the prior year. While total transaction sides increased marginally at just under five percent, Zephyr still outdistanced its competitors by a healthy margin.
Last year also marked the opening of Zephyr’s new Marin office in Greenbrae. The office, which opened a mere nine months ago, is currently at 37 agents strong, and the outlook is bright for continued growth. Zephyr has captured about three percent of the Marin market, a formidable share against other recent San Francisco firms.
Zephyr continues its ongoing and aggressive commitment to education and robust tools for its agents, and 2015 demonstrated that very well. The firm is equally committed to creating and inspiring a consistent pool of well-trained new agents.
