1458066919CHESTNUT HILL, MA - Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill and Waban offices, is pleased to announce that Martha Lewitt has affiliated with Hammond and will be collaborating with clients alongside her mother and grandmother, Mary and Heidi, as part of the Lewitt Team from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office location at 826 Boylston Street.1458066856

Martha joins her mother and grandmother in what may be the first-ever three-generational real estate team in the Newton-Brookline market. Both Heidi and Mary have been successful Realtors in Greater Boston for thirty years; they are proud to welcome Martha into the business.

After acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, Martha worked in retail and merchandising, and most recently as a watch and jewelry buyer for a Boston-based online retailer. She is eager to transfer her expertise in tactful negotiation, customer service, and creative marketing to the field of real estate.

Having grown up in the "family business", Martha already understands the needs of buyers and sellers alike. From her personal work experience, she brings fresh technological skills; her patience, kindness and attention to detail are natural and innate.

Jim Nemetz said, “We are very pleased to welcome Martha to Hammond, and we look forward to witnessing her many successes as a Hammond agent alongside Mary and Heidi. She will add an abundance of market knowledge and management skills to the team, which is regarded for its use of Hammond’s unique marketing platform, commitment to client service, and superb negotiation skills.”

Hammond Residential is headquartered in Chestnut Hill, and has three Boston locations and fifteen suburban branch offices. The company reports over two billion dollars in sales volume annually, ranking in sales volume among the top 500 firms in the United States, and as the sixth-highest in mean average sales price and the ninth-highest in sales volume per sales associate. Hammond is well-known as the publisher of the region’s finest magazines featuring local properties for sale.
