NEW YORK CITY, NY - Jaclyn Boulan of Stribling & Associates represented the buyer in the sale of unit number 6A, at 625 Park Avenue near 65th Street in New York City. The glorious apartment sold for $13 million, and carries $13,154 in monthly maintenance.
The sale was reported by The New York Times, which reports:
The apartment offers many prewar flourishes: soaring ceilings, decorative moldings and an ornate coffered ceiling in the formal dining room.

The buyer was Kurt Simon, the global chairman of mergers and acquisitions at JPMorgan Chase, and his wife, Katherine Simon
