1456250784DENVER, CO - For the second year in a row, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty has become the recipient of the Platinum Award by the Cartus Broker Network, a worldwide leader in employee relocation services. Recognition and celebration will take place at the Cartus Broker Network International Conference, that will be held March 8th-11th in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

“We are thrilled to be recognized with this highly coveted award and look forward to the Cartus Broker Network International Conference next month,” said Kim Taylor, vice president of relocation, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.  “Local, interstate and global relocation was certainly on the front burner in our area last year, with similar projections consistently voiced for 2016. The Colorado population increased 1.89% last year, adding over 100,000 residents to the state, more than double the percentage increase in the overall U.S. population.”

Platinum is the highest level of the Excellence Awards which are presented to Cartus Broker Network brokers. Excellence Award recognition is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals including customer service, cost management, and the effective analysis and marketing of homes. Fewer than 20% percent of the Network’s brokers achieved Platinum-level recognition for their 2015 performance.

“The Platinum Award has long represented extraordinary accomplishment,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, Broker Services and Affinity Services. “To earn the Platinum distinction, a brokerage must have successfully demonstrated outstanding performance in the areas of attention to customer needs, understanding of local conditions, and execution of best business practices.”

The Cartus Broker Network is the nation’s leading network of over 800 market-leading real estate firms representing approximately 3,000 offices and nearly 106,000 agents.

Cartus provides trusted guidance to organizations of all types and sizes that require global mobility services. The company serves more than half of the Fortune 50. This year marks the 60th anniversary for Cartus, which delivers service in over 165 countries, providing companies around the world with the full spectrum of relocation services. Cartus is part of Realogy Holdings Corp. (NYSE: RLGY), a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services.

“LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Relocation Department services metro-Denver, the Front Range, Summit County and the Vail Valley, managing nearly 2,000 moves annually,” said Taylor. “Home purchases within the department outpaced home sale transactions nearly 2 to 1 during 2015, a period of very high demand and limited inventory in many areas. Our brokers are the best in the industry and are extremely well equipped to handle the uniquely multi-faceted relocation process. We look forward to another great year in relocation and the opportunity to provide exceptional assistance to those moving into or out of Colorado.”

Whether moving to a large metropolitan area, a smaller city, or a secluded mountain town, the global connections of LIV Sotheby's International Realty’s Relocation Services will make the move an easy transition.
