DENVER, CO – Dawn Doherty, an accomplished real estate professional previously with Kentwood City Properties, has rejoined downtown Denver’s premier real estate company as a Broker Associate following more than a decade of success in the New York City real estate industry. Doherty is now serving the diverse real estate needs of home buyers and sellers throughout Denver’s most desirable and historic neighborhoods, including LoDo, Cherry Creek, and surrounding neighborhoods.
During her years in New York, Doherty served as Chief Digital Officer, Assistant Manager, and as Head of Productivity Coaching at two national-brand real estate brokerages. She also held the position of Vice President of Strategic Development at Streeteasy, a sales and rental listing website. In addition, she served as a Broker Associate with two other real estate firms in New York and New Jersey.
As a certified business and life coach, she taught brokers to present a more agreeable persona and how to improve their work habits. She believes that likability is the key to success in the real estate business, along with being a good listener and working well with other brokers. Doherty earned her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and completed MBA studies at Pace University. Doherty is a licensed Independent Broker in the state of New York, a Hypnotherapist, and a Business Development Executive.
