NEW YORK CITY, NY - Stribling & Associates is proud to announce that Janice Silver has joined the firm as a licensed associate real estate broker based out of its Madison Avenue office.
"Janice is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a career built on delivering exceptional client focused service. She embodies the passion and sophistication that distinguishes Stribling agents, and we are thrilled to welcome her to our growing team," said Elizabeth Ann Stribling-Kivlan, president of Stribling & Associates.
Silver brings over 28 years of experience in real estate sales, having personally handled more than 400 sales transactions in neighborhoods across New York City. Prior to joining Stribling, Silver was an Executive Vice President and Sales Director at New York-based real estate company Bellmarc, where she was also recognized as an overall top-performing agent and expert on the Upper East Side market. Throughout her career, Silver has built a vast net-work of loyal clients and extensive resources to service their individual needs. In addition to her comprehensive knowledge and long-standing reputation in real estate sales, Silver has also spent nearly two decades serving on various building boards.
Outside of real estate, Silver pursues her passion for music and theater. You can often find her singing in a cabaret, taking piano lessons, or acting in a play or occasional movie. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Silver lived in the Midwest and Boston before moving to New York. She lives in Manhattan and Westhampton with her husband and their three cats.
"Throughout my career in real estate, as an agent, manager and mentor, I have always emphasized the importance of personalizing the client experience with creativity, professionalism and discretion—and that's precisely what Stribling is known for. I couldn't be more excited to join the Stribling team and surround myself with the best and brightest in the industry," said Silver.
