CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – (Nov. 7, 2007) – Anita Dunbar of Montague, Miller & Co. was elected vice president of the Virginia Council of Residential Specialists Chapter during the Annual General Membership meeting held in Williamsburg, Va. on Oct. 2, 2007. The Virginia CRS Chapter is a 900-member professional real estate group affiliated with the CRS development organization with more than 40,000 members nationwide.Anita will serve a one-year term as vice president. She has been active in the Virginia CRS Chapter for more than 10 years and has held the office of Treasurer and serves on the Board of Directors. She has been a REALTORÒ for 23 years.Anita started her real estate career with Montague, Miller & Co. in 1984 and since then has been a consistent top producer within the firm. Her year-to-date sales volume for 2007 is approximately $16 million while her lifetime sales volume is $200 million.
