A third generation Denver native, Perry comes from a long line of respected real estate 
professionals. Following the footsteps of her grandfather and mother, Susan Karsh, a trailblazer in the retail real estate industry, Perry’s goal is to simplify the home buying and selling process.
“Foundations are built on relationships- picking up the telephone and spending time together,” said Perry. “While today’s technology is amazing for accessing information quickly, my goal is to understand my customer’s needs and desires more than simply know that they need to buy or sell.”
A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Kent Denver, Perry holds a variety of relevant experience. Upon graduation from Vanderbilt, Perry moved to San Francisco where she worked in marketing for Northern Trust Bank and investor relations at a boutique firm specializing in emerging technology companies. There, she learned skills which she brings to her real estate career today.
“I’ve always been in a position of thinking outside the box and providing creative strategies for my customers,” said Perry.
Highly involved in the community, Perry gives back in a variety of ways. Most notably, she is highly involved in the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, where she serves as a committee chair and has raised over $2M for the foundation.
