RED BANK, N.J. – Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate today announces 111 of its more than 700 sales associates have distinguished themselves in the New Jersey real estate community by earning 2015 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Awards for demonstrating excellence in the field of salesmanship.

Three of the company’s top producing Realtors, Mario Venancio, Brian Church and Joseph Baumann earned NJ Realtor’s top honor, the 2015 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award Platinum. Venancio, who has ranked as the number one Realtor in Monmouth County in sales volume since 2010 according to REAL Trends, is based out of Gloria Nilson & Co.’s Rumson office. Church is in the company’s Spring Lake office while Baumann is in Ocean Township.
Seven of Gloria Nilson & Co.’s Realtors earned NJ Realtors’s next highest honor, the 2015 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award Gold, including Elaine Certa-‐‑Morrison in Middletown, Maureen Enderly in Ocean Township, Marc Geller and Kin Lee in Princeton Junction, Linda Schwarz in South Brunswick and Bernadette Ruegg and Mary Lou Mannino, both in Shrewsbury.
A total of 111 Gloria Nilson & Co. sales associates achieved the award in 2015. For 2014, 101 Realtors from Gloria Nilson & Co. were honored for their exception sales efforts.
