Dews also closed on 4001 E Quincy Avenue, Cherry Hills Village, for $11M, in July- the highest sale of 2015, according to RE Colorado. In June, The Behr Team, closed on 4601 S Lafayette Street, Cherry Hills Village, for $3.85M. In May, Nancy Wolfe, of LIV SIR’s, The Wolfe Group, closed on 4646 S Lafayette Street, Cherry Hills Village, for $4.65M.
