LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Leadership Ranks in Swanepoel Power 200’s 200 Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate Poll

DENVER, CO - Annually, the acclaimed research service, Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), comes together to determine the top 200 driving forces behind residential real estate, identifying the most powerful individuals influencing the residential real estate brokerage industry. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty president, Scott Webber, continues to rank among the best.
Webber, a third generation, 40-year real estate sales and brokerage management veteran, is heavily involved with the day-to-day leadership and operations at LIV SIR, which operates 11 offices in Colorado and includes the area’s top producing brokers. LIV SIR successfully transacted over $2.5 billion of Colorado’s real estate in 2015.

Most recently, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokers, Richard and Elaine Swomley, sold a Cherry Hills estate, 19 Sunset Drive, for $5.9M, making it the highest-priced house in the Denver area to close in the final month of 2015.
For the previous six months, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty achieved the highest sales in Denver metro consecutively. In October, LIV SIR’s, The Behr Team, closed on 3 Lynn Road, Cherry Hills Village, for $7.25M. In September, LIV SIR broker, Jeff Hendley, closed on 4747 S Franklin Street, Cherry Hills Village, for $5.39M. In August, LIV SIR broker, Susie Dews, closed on 4601 S Franklin Street, Cherry Hills Village, for $4.15M. Dews also closed on 4001 E Quincy Avenue, Cherry Hills Village, for $11M, in July- the highest sale of 2015, according to RE Colorado. In June, The Behr Team, closed on 4601 S Lafayette Street, Cherry Hills Village, for $3.85M. In May, Nancy Wolfe, of LIV SIR’s, The Wolfe Group, closed on 4646 S Lafayette Street, Cherry Hills Village, for $4.65M.
